Mark as Resolved
Upon notification from your bank that your Payment Order hold is resolved, you have the ability to manually resolve the hold directly in the Modern Treasury Dashboard.
Resolving a hold in Modern Treasury has no impact on the processing of the payment.
If your bank communicates to Modern Treasury an update of your held Payment Order's status, it will be automatically marked as resolved and updated.
How to Mark your Payment Order as Resolved

Login to Modern Treasury

Navigate to the Payments Overview page

Locate the Payment Order subject of the hold, open it's details page

Open the Actions dropdown in top right

Select Resolve Hold

Review Payment Order details

Specify a Resolution for the hold (optional)

Confirm Mark as Resolved
The Payment Order status will be updated to its last known status prior to being flagged as held.
