Approve an organization change

How to approve organization changes made by other administrators

Organization Change Approvals Required

In order to use this feature, you must have Organization Change Approvals enabled. You can do so by ensuring you meet the prerequisites listed here and follow the instructions to enable the feature.

1. Go to the change requiring approval

Navigate to Settings > Approval Rules. Click on the "Admin Approvals" tab. Select the change you wish to review.

2. Review the change

You will be able to review differences before and after the change. Given approvals are "all or nothing," be sure to review the changes in full. You will not be able to accept partial changes (e.g. one condition to a rule but not another).

3. Approve the change

Once you have reviewed the change, click to approve. The change will immediately be applied.
