AI Overview

AI Features. Customers using the above features or other AI features of Modern Treasury (“AI Features”) may see suggestions, responses or outputs (“Output”).

Your Use. As a customer, you are responsible for how you use AI Features, how you act upon Output and your decision to accept or reject any Output. Modern Treasury does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Output or its suitability for your use case, so you are responsible for checking the accuracy of Output and independently deciding whether it is suitable for your use case.

Human in the Loop. If you use AI Features or Output to make consequential decisions (e.g., related to lending/credit, financial eligibility or creditworthiness, financial advice, investments, or that have a legal or similarly significant effect on individuals), you must assess the potential risks of your use case, apply appropriate human review and other safeguards, and make appropriate disclosures to your users. If you share Output with individuals or the public, or use Output to make consequential decisions about individuals, you must ensure that a qualified professional reviews the Output prior to sharing or use.

Prohibited Uses. You must not use AI Features directly or indirectly to generate Output that is or may be unlawful or harmful. You may only use AI Features and generate Output in compliance with laws, your own user terms and privacy policies, our Acceptable Use Policy and Anthropic’s Usage Policy. In addition, you may not use AI Features or Output to develop, train, or improve any other AI or ML models or features, including via “model scraping”.

Early Access. Early Access features (which include any beta features and any Output) are evolving based on feedback from initial users. These features are subject to change and may not be fully operational or complete. Modern Treasury's standard support, security, warranty, and SLA will not apply to these features until they are released into General Access.
