Customers using certain AI features will see suggestions generated by default. As a customer, you control which suggestions you accept or reject. Modern Treasury does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI suggestions or their suitability for your use case, so you are responsible for checking the accuracy of any AI suggestions and independently deciding whether the suggestions are suitable for your use case.

If you use AI features or suggestions to make consequential decisions (e.g., related to lending/credit, financial advice, or that have a legal or similarly significant effect on individuals), you must assess the potential risks of your use case and apply appropriate human review and other safeguards. You may only use AI features in compliance with laws and your own customer terms and privacy policies. In addition, you may not use AI features or suggestions to develop, train, or improve any other AI or ML models or features.

Early Access features are evolving based on feedback from initial users. These features are subject to change and may not be fully operational or complete. Modern Treasury's standard support, security, warranty, and SLA will not apply to Early Access features until they are released into General Access.
