[Upcoming] Unreconciled Webhooks

On December 4th, we will be introducing an unreconciled event for payment objects. This state will be triggered when a payment object is unreconciled from its transaction.

What does this mean?

• When an unreconciled event occurs the payment object will automatically revert to the state prior to completed. You can view the payment object statuses here.
• When the object is reconciled again it will trigger a new reconciled event.

What do you need to do?

• If your organization is subscribed to “All Webhook events” you will automatically receive the new unreconciled event. If you do not want to receive this event, you can edit your webhooks at https://app.moderntreasury.com/developers/webhooks.
• If your organization is subscribed to selective events, the new event will NOT be automatically included. Your organization’s webhook will need to be updated to opt-in.
