Blocklist & Allowlist

Blocklists and allowlists affect risk scores for user onboarding and transaction monitoring decisions.

Add entries to the blocklist to prevent fraud from known bad actors. Add rules about the blocklist attributes to set a risk level if the blocklist rule is activated.

Add entries to the allowlist so known good actors can move money without being reviewed or blocked. Any allowlist hit will result in risk levels being low. At the moment, allowlists are general. If you are interested in allowlists for specific rules, please contact Support.

Note that lists do not affect Know Your Business (KYB) Customer Onboardings. The blocklist / allowlist is not available in the Sandbox.
